ILKAZELL designs, manufactures, and installs environmental simulation chambers for virtually all climate and temperature conditions.

ILKAsim
Our ILKAsim environmental simulation chambers are based on the proven design principle of self-supporting composite structures with an insulating core and permanently bonded, surface-finished metal cover layers on both sides. Depending on the temperature profile, we use rigid polyurethane foam insulation in various thicknesses.
Individual design features such as welded floor trays, drive-over floor systems, heated viewing windows, user access panels, or the selection of various permanently elastic joint sealants are planned and implemented according to customer requirements.
ILKAsim plus
Our ILKAsim plus series environmental simulation chambers have been specially developed for use in high-temperature and climate applications. Their basic design corresponds to the ILKAsim system, with additional mineral wool insulation and vapor-tight welding of all internal joints. This guarantees absolute tightness even under extreme conditions.
The design of the floor systems is defined by the customer's requirements profile. Thanks to the general use of stainless steel floors, even special requirements, such as high floor loads, are no problem at all.
Welding of the floors is possible on request for all systems; ILKAsim plus is completely welded as standard.
Drainage channels, openings, or floors with a slope can be easily integrated.
