Our wall, ceiling and floor elements enable quick and easy installation in combination with the best possible physical and optical properties thanks to the foam-filled, corrosion-protected eccentric tension locks. The modular design allows for absolutely problem-free dismantling and reassembly or conversion and expansion of the cell, either with or without floor elements.
As standard, our cells are finished inside and outside with galvanised sheet metal and a white plastic coating in RAL 9010. Our 180 μm thick plastic top layer makes the surfaces particularly resistant to mechanical and chemical influences and further increases the service life of our products. Alternative surfaces such as polyester paint, PET or stainless steel coatings or other colours are also available. We will find the right solution for your project.
Hard polyurethane foam, which is available in different building material classifications (B3 or B1 according to DIN 4102), ensures optimum thermal insulation. We can of course also provide the necessary building inspection test certificates.

High demands are placed on the doors of cold rooms and freezer rooms. The opening, absolute tightness and hygienic conditions must all be right. We offer a wide variety of hatches, hinged doors and sliding doors to suit our cold rooms and freezer rooms. Thanks to our modular system, the position of the door can be freely selected.

Safety glass elements can be installed in the door and wall system at the customer's request. Depending on requirements, these can also be heated.
Our heated inspection hatches can be individually integrated into our wall, floor and ceiling panels and, if desired, can also be installed so that they are almost flush with the surface.
The possible floor designs for our cold rooms and freezer rooms are defined by requirements relating to mechanical loads, cleaning procedures, hygiene requirements and occupational health and safety regulations.
The range of floors we offer extends from walkable floors with 0.8 mm stainless steel sheet and foam-filled pressure distribution plate to heavy-duty, drive-over floors with 4 mm stainless steel sheet. Permanently elastic joint seals or welded tub designs round off the range. Of course, all floors in our cold rooms and deep-freeze rooms meet the highest hygiene requirements.

Plug-in compact refrigeration units are a quick and easy-to-install solution for cooling. Depending on the environmental conditions, wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or split versions can be used. The cooling units are optimally matched to the functionality of ILKAZELL cold rooms.
Alternative versions with natural refrigerants or water-cooled solutions also support environmentally friendly concepts.
